నవతెలంగాణ-హైదరాబాద్: ప్రముఖ పారిశ్రామికవేత్త, భారతీ ఎంటర్ప్రైజెస్ చైర్మన్ సునీల్ భారతీ మిట్టల్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డిని మర్యాదపూర్వకంగా కలిశారు. మంగళవారం నాడు MCR HRDలోని బోధి పెవిలియన్లో ఇరువురు సమావేశమైయ్యారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రామకృష్ణారావు పాల్గొన్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి కార్యాలయం (CMO) విడుదల చేసిన అధికారిక ప్రకటన ప్రకారం.. తెలంగాణలో అమలవుతున్న ప్రగతిశీల పాలన, పెట్టుబడిదారులకు అనుకూలమైన విధానాలు మరియు రాష్ట్రానికి దేశంలోనే అత్యంత ఆకర్షణీయమైన పెట్టుబడి గమ్యస్థానాలలో ఒకటిగా గుర్తింపు తెచ్చిన కీలక సంస్కరణల గురించి ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఈ సందర్భంగా వివరించారు.
యువతకు పరిశ్రమకు అవసరమైన నైపుణ్యాలను అందించే యంగ్ ఇండియా స్కిల్స్ యూనివర్సిటీ, పారిశ్రామిక శిక్షణా సంస్థలను (ఐటీఐలను) ప్రపంచ స్థాయి అధునాతన సాంకేతిక కేంద్రాలుగా (ఏటీసీలుగా) ఉన్నతీకరించడం, అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న పరిశ్రమల అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా పాలిటెక్నిక్ కళాశాలలను ఆధునీకరించడం వంటి అంశాలపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి దృష్టి సారించారు. డిజిటల్ మౌలిక సదుపాయాలకు ప్రపంచ కేంద్రంగా నిలవాలన్న తెలంగాణ దార్శనికతను నొక్కిచెబుతూ, చందన్వెల్లి డేటా సెంటర్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ అమలును వేగవంతం చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి భారతీ ఎంటర్ప్రైజెస్ను కోరారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఒక భారీ సమీకృత డేటా సెంటర్ , ఏఐ మౌలిక సదుపాయాల క్యాంపస్ను ఏర్పాటు చేసే అవకాశాలను పరిశీలించాలని కూడా ఆయన ఆ కంపెనీని ఆహ్వానించారు.
Prominent industrialist and Bharti Enterprises Chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal on Tuesday paid a courtesy call on Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at the Bodhi Pavilion in MCR HRD. Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao participated in the meeting.According to an official statement released by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), during the meeting, the Chief Minister highlighted Telangana’s progressive governance, investor-friendly policies, and landmark reforms that have positioned the state as one of India’s most preferred investment destinations. The Chief Minister elaborated on the Government’s transformative initiatives in the education sector, including the comprehensive revamp of government schools, the establishment of the Young India Skills University to equip youth with industry-relevant skills, the upgradation of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) into world-class Advanced Technology Centres (ATCs), and the modernisation of polytechnic colleges to meet emerging industry requirements. Emphasising Telangana’s vision to become a global hub for digital infrastructure, the Chief Minister urged Bharti Enterprises to expedite the implementation of the Chandanvelly Data Centre Project.He also invited the company to explore establishing a large-scale integrated data centre and AI infrastructure campus in the state. The Chief Minister encouraged Airtel to further expand its digital, cloud, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence operations in Hyderabad. He also suggested that Bharti Enterprises nominate a senior executive to coordinate with the Government of Telangana to facilitate future investments and ensure the timely resolution of any operational issues. As per the CMO, Sunil Bharti Mittal appreciated the Telangana Government’s forward-looking initiatives and announced that Airtel would provide scholarships to students studying in government schools and Advanced Technology Centres (ATCs).He also informed the Chief Minister that Hyderabad is being considered as Airtel‘s second headquarters.Mittal further expressed Bharti Enterprises’ commitment to expanding its data centre capacity in Telangana and conveyed the company’s keen interest in strengthening fibre connectivity across the state.
